Dairy Free Snacks

Helpful Snacks for a dairy free breastfeeding Mama!

  • Bobos Snacks . These come in several flavors, are Vegan, and Gluten Free!! The Peanut butter chocolate chip is my all time favorite! Its like a yummy dessert too! Bobos has muffin bites, bars, toasters, stuffed bars and just came out with protein bars! These are yummy and easy to order online. When you go to their site you can click special diets and click Vegan and the options will pop up that are dairy free! Oats help with boosting your milk supply and these little balls of delishousishness are packed with oats!

  • Peanut butter Filled Pretzels I always buy a few big tubs of these because my husband also loves them. My toddler likes to sneak them and suck all the salt off and spit in back in our bowl when we are busy…( yummy soggy snacks).

  • Belvita Dark Chocolate crème Sandwich These little breakfast bars were a life saver for me! Early gymnastic mornings with my toddler I grab a package and eat it in the car! They also have peanut butter filled and strawberry crème. The chocolate was enough to help curb my sweet craving. Belvita also has soft baked bars that are dairy free EXCEPT the chocolate oat. Their Belvita Crunch bars are dairy free also. Most grocery stores have these in stock.

  • Thrive Freeze Dried Fruits and Veggies I love to have freeze dried fruits and veggies for on the go. The baby and my toddler also love them! We love the pineapple and strawberries. I will take some almonds, cashews, pineapples, strawberries and Enjoy life dairy free chocolate chunks and make a yummy trail mix to much on! The coconut bites are also really yummy. Thrive has monthly subscriptions or you can do one time purchases. We love freeze dried foods so much we purchased a freeze drying machine! Enjoy life allergy chips are always a must have at my house!

Dairy Free Breastfeeding Snacks

  • Good thins gluten free crackers They have several flavor options, The jalapeño lime is my favorite, just enough kick! The Garden herb is also yummy. If looking at another flavor be sure to double check the back, the Ranch is not Dairy free!

  • Kind simple crunch peanut better bars These bars are AWESOME! With only 8 ingredients they are not only Dairy free but also gluten free. They also have oat/honey , and dark chocolate oat flavors. These are also a good source of fiber, and being made with oats will be helpful for milk production so Win Win in my books! Kind has many other varieties of bars, be sure to check to back because not all are dairy free.

  • Oreos! I love that Oreos are dairy free! Double Stuffed cookies for the win when I need a sweet treat! Also the Peanut butter oreos are a good replacement for peanut butter cups! Nabisco also has nutty butter cookies that are dairy free! I love the wafer nutty butter cookies too. ** chocolate covered Oreos are NOT dairy free**

  • Beef jerky I love the peppered beef jerky. The only issue with beef jerky is i will eat the whole bag no matter if i buy the big or small bag.. but with the added protein its okay right?? We have made our own to try to cut down on the cost but it just wasn’t the same. Slim jims are also a quick gas station snack ill grab on a long road trip that is dairy free.

  • Larabars The chocolate chip cookie dough is seriously hands down my favorite flavor of larabars. With only 6 ingredients its a healthy yummy snack on the go that’s dairy free and gluten free. Larabar makes several different flavors, many stores only have a few options so online is the best place to look for different options.

There are several other options for on the go dairy free snacks. I have tried many…. some were degusting! These are my top 10 favorites that I always have in stock. If you have other options that you love leave a comment for me to try! And as always Bee Brave, Bee Beautiful, Bee Bubbly!
